Note, for those that turn up at training locations without running from the club please aim to have done a warm up before we arrive.  This won't apply if we have driven from the club because we will all have to warm up.

 TUES 1st

 The Dingles.  Alternate pace for 30 minutes in groups of about 3 or 4 runners.

Strength work in Colebank playing field after

 SAT 5th

Highbury Park, Kings Heath.

Meet at park at 10am  (entrance into park where Shutlock Lane meets Dad's Lane leads to a small car park)

 TUES 8th

Highbury Park, Kings Heath.

Meet at park at 7.20pm (entrance into park where Shutlock Lane meets Dad's Lane leads to a small car park) or club at 7pm for a lift.  10 x 200m fast downhill with walk recovery.  This is a session where we will be concentrating on running technique.

 SAT 12th

Swanhurst Park at 10am

Meet in car park next to fire station.

 TUES 15th

Sarehole Mill.  Tired surge replicated by 6 x 800m (400m fast, 200m jog, 200m fast) with 4 to 5 minutes recovery.

 SAT 19thMoseley Bog at 10am.

Meet at car park off Windermere Road at 10am.

 TUES 22ndColebank playing field.  5 x (3 x 100m) with 30 seconds recovery and 2 minutes between sets.
 SAT 26thClent Hills, meeting at 10am at Nimmings visitor centre, Hagley Wood Lane off A456.  Nearest postcode for sat nav is B62 0NL.  Note - it is a National Trust car park and there is a charge.  Therefore if you are a National Trust member remember to take your car park pass.
 TUES 29th Billesley Common - meet at car park off Yardley Wood Road at 7.20pm

  (entry opposite junction to Trittiford Road) or at club for lift at 7pm. 

  Down and up the clock (5mins, 4, 3, 2, 1, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5)
