ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS TRAINING GROUPS LEAVE THE CLUBROOMS AT 7-00pm.

Moseley Bog at 10am - 

Meet at car park off Windermere Road at 10am

TUES 10th

Stratford Rd (550yds)/Robin Hood Lane (550yds)/Highfield Rd (400yds) + walk recovery x 3    6.5 miles total distance

  Track - 

SAT 14th

Clent Hills, meeting at 10am at Nimmings visitor centre, Hagley Wood Lane off A456.  Nearest postcode for sat nav is B62 0NL.  Note - it is a National Trust car park and there is a charge.  Therefore if you are a National Trust member remember to take your car park pass.

TUES 17th

Hill Reps: Burnaston Road x 12 continuous

with jog recovery.

No training - Midland XC relays

  TUES 24th

  Shirley Park - meet at club at 7pm for lift or at Shirley Park by swings at 7.15pm

  45 minutes as a relay

  Meet in car park next to fire station.

WARNING.

During winter training reflective or light coloured clothing should be worn  during hours of darkness.  Paving on footpaths can be uneven.  Extra care should be taken in icy conditions.
