ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS TRAINING GROUPS LEAVE THE CLUBROOMS AT 7-00pm.

Highbury Park, Kings Heath - woodland loops

 

Meet at park at 10am  (entrance into park where Shutlock Lane meets Dad's Lane leads to a small car park)

TUES 4th

Highfield/Tixall/Etwall Roads x 8 (approx 800 yards per rep)                                              

Short jog recovery                                                 Approx 6 miles

  THURS 6th
   Track -

SAT 8th

Moseley Bog at 10am - 

Meet at car park off Windermere Road at 10am 

OR

Birchfield Harriers 10K Trail Poppy Run at Aldridge Airport

TUES 11th

Stratford Rd (550yds)/Robin Hood Lane (550yds)/Highfield Rd (400yds) + walk recovery x 3    6.5 miles total distance              
  THURS 13th
  Track - 

SAT 15th

Chinn Brook Recreation Ground at 10am

Meet in car park off Highfield Road (bottom of the hill).

TUES 18th

Hill Reps: Burnaston Road x 12 continuous

with jog recovery.
  THURS 20th   Track -

SAT 22nd

 

No training - Midland XC relays

  TUES 25th

  Shirley Park - meet at club at 7pm for lift or at Shirley Park by swings at 7.15pm

  45 minutes as a relay

  THURS 27th
  Track -
  SAT 29th

  Swanhurst Park at 10am.

  Meet in car park next to fire station.

WARNING.

During winter training reflective or light coloured clothing should be worn  during hours of darkness.  Paving on footpaths can be uneven.  Extra care should be taken in icy conditions.
