SAT 2nd

Chinn Brook Recreation Ground at 10am for cross country training.  Meet in car park off Highfield Road (bottom of the hill).

TUES 5th

NIA indoor track special training session

OR for those who cannot make it:

Southam/Sarehole/Colebank Roads x 6 (Approx.800yds per rep)

3mins recovery                                       5.5miles total distance

THURS 7th

Track session - meet at 7.00pm

Bernard Wareing to advise.

   SAT 9th
  No training - XC league races for Ladies and Men

TUES 12th

Burnaston Road/Green Lane x 6

3 minutes recovery.                                                Approx 6 miles

THURS 14th

Track session - meet at 7.00pm

Bernard Wareing to advise.

  SAT 16th  Highbury Park, Kings Heath at 10am

  Car park off Shutlock Lane

TUES 19th

Brook Lane central reservation – Pyramid.

6.25 miles total distance.

THURS 21st

Track session - meet at 7.00pm

Bernard Wareing to advise.

  SAT  23rd

  Swanhurst Park at 10am for cross country training.  Meet in car

  park next to fire station.

   TUES 26th

  Fartlek with various cut-off points on route. 

  Between 6 miles and 9 miles to suit individuals

   THURS 28th

  Track session - meet at 7.00pm

NOTICES

An off road group meet locally on Thursday evenings during the Summer months.

Contact Bob Perrin at Tuesday evenings training session for details and venue.

 

WARNING

During winter training reflective or light coloured clothing should be worn  during hours of darkness.  Paving on footpaths can be uneven.  Extra care should be taken in icy conditions.
