October Schedule '15 Print

ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS TRAINING GROUPS LEAVE THE CLUBROOMS AT 7-00pm.

   Track - Pyramid 100,200,300,400,500m
SAT 3rd

Swanhurst Park at 10am.

Meet in car park next to fire station.

TUES 6th

Highfield/Tixall/Etwall Roads x 8 (approx 800 yards per rep)                                              

Short jog recovery                                                 Approx 6 miles

  THURS 8th
  Track - 2 sets of 8x200m, 5 mins recovery between sets

SAT 10th

Elmdon Park at 10am - Meet at car park by St Nicholas Church (B92 9EJ for the sat navs)

TUES 12th

Stratford Rd (550yds)/Robin Hood Lane (550yds)/Highfield Rd (400yds) + walk recovery x 3    6.5 miles total distance              
  THURS 14th
  Track - 10x400m (6 if racing), 100m recovery

SAT 17th

No training - Midland XC relays

TUES 20th

Hill Reps: Burnaston Road x 12 continuous

with jog recovery.
  THURS 22nd
  Track - 10x300m, 100m walk recovery

SAT 24th

 

Chinn Brook Recreation Ground at 10am

Meet in car park off Highfield Road (bottom of the hill).

  TUES 27th

  Shirley Park - meet at club at 7pm for lift or at Shirley Park by swings at 7.15pm

  45 minutes as a relay

  THURS 29th
  Track - Pot luck dice throw, 100m walk back recovery (adjust if racing)
  SAT 31st
  No Training  - National XC relays

WARNING.

During winter training reflective or light coloured clothing should be worn  during hours of darkness.  Paving on footpaths can be uneven.  Extra care should be taken in icy conditions.
