Christmas Curry and XC Handicap Print

Sparkhill Harriers will be celebrating Christmas this year in our well-established and much-loved traditional manner... a curry and a run.

CHRISTMAS HANDICAP

The Christmas Handicap Run will be on the morning of Sunday 17th December at 10.30am in Fox Hollies Park, followed by tea and cakes and other unhealthy stuff as well as the draw for the lucky (?) recipient of our London Marathon place .There will also be the Christmas 100 club draw.
Please arrive at the clubhouse by 10.30am to be in good time for the start.

CHRISTMAS CURRY

The Christmas Curry will be on Thursday 21st December: meeting up at the Red Lion in Shirley before making the short trek to the Shapla Indian Restaurant for 8.00pm.
Make sure you put it in your diaries.

London Marathon 2018 (updated 18/12/17) Print

The "winner", sentenced to 4 months hard training, is .... Andy Manning. Congratulations, I think.

As expected, the organisers of the London Marathon have allocated one club entry place to Sparkhill Harriers for the 2018 race. The draw for this coveted place will be made following the Christmas X/C Handicap run on Sunday 17 December. Anyone wishing to be put in for the draw should let Rob Mills know (preferably by email asap). Note, the draw is open to all paid up members.

Good luck!
